How to Reset Password

1. Go to worldtennisnumber.com and click Sign In
2. Click Reset Password.                                                                                                                             
3. Enter your registered email address and click Send verification code. The code will be sent to your registered email address from Microsoft. Please check your junk/spam/social folder if you do not receive it in your inbox.                                                                                                                           
4. Enter the code, ensuring there are no blank spaces, then click Verify code.                                         
5. After entering the code, click Continue. If you receive an "Account not found" message, this means you haven't claimed your account. Please refer to the guides on how to claim your account here         
6. Enter and confirm your new password.

   Caution! Your password must contain:

   • At least 8 characters
   • At least one special character (!@$%^&*()_{})
   • At least one number (0-9)                                                                                                                 
7. Your password has now been changed. You can log in as normal with your verified email address and new password.
